FOTH Customer Service Representative

Honey & Butter is looking for a committed & dedicated customer service representative who seeks a long-term, stable position, and growth with the Company.

MINIMUM EXPECTATIONS:

Initiates conversations with customers

Knowledgeable of Honey & Butter products & their ingredients

Engages the customer's interests in the product and the brand

Assists the customer’s in selecting macaron flavors and answers all questions relating to food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Follows all Health Department Codes and regulations

Ensures that all products are in stock & ready to begin the workday

Maintains a clean & sanitary work environment

Assists with kitchen preparation tasks such as: grinding dry ingredients for macarons, prepping piping bags, portioning egg whites, securing macarons when they are set, assisting with dishes & more.

Possesses a good working pace & sense of urgency

Thrives in a fast-paced & busy work environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

Able to work 8-hr shifts (either opening or closing), weekends, & holidays as needed.

Fully available to work a 40-hr week.

Able to stand & walk for long periods.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

The starting pay is $20/hr + tips. A formal evaluation will be conducted after completing a 3-month work period with Honey & Butter. Outstanding efforts will be rewarded accordingly.

COVID-19 CONSIDERATIONS:

Wearing a face covering is required while working

We obey all the Health Department regulations, including, but not limited to:

Wearing face coverings at all time

Wearing disposable gloves when handling food

Washing hands

Sanitizing high-contact surfaces

Social distancing
