WRISTBANDS
Wristbands will be handed out during the morning of the event (as the line begins to form). There will be 2 sets of wristbands: (Color 1) to those guaranteed the availability of the entire set of Character Macarons & (Color 2) to those guaranteed the availability of some but not all Character Macarons.
You MUST have a wristband in order to purchase Character Macarons & receive any eligible giveaways. If you arrive later and join a group with wristbands, you will not be eligible to purchase Character Macarons if you do not have the correct wristband.
Wristbands are given out on a first come, first serve basis. We will hand them out in the order of the line (if you request a wristband at the front & you are the only member without a wristband, we may ask you to wait at the end of the line to be fair to others). Please make sure that your entire party is present when wristbands are being passed out. We encourage those who have received their wristbands not to leave the line. If you are solo and must leave the line for any reason, please inform those who are in front and behind you so that you may rejoin the line later. Those at the end of the line without a wristband may have an opportunity to purchase Character Macarons if those ahead of them purchase less than a full set (but none are guaranteed). LINING UP
The earliest customers are allowed to line up is 6:00 am per Irvine Spectrum Center policy. Security *may* remove customers who lined up earlier than 6 am (this has happened before). Honey & Butter advises customers not to line up before 6 am.
It will be hot & the wait will be very long. Please plan on bringing a lawn chair, plenty of hydration, and an umbrella to shield yourself. There will be sections of the mall where there is no shade.
IN-LINE PURCHASES OF MERCHANDISE
We will have a team member taking orders for merchandise items (enamel pins, T-shirts, tote bags, & etc…) in line by order of arrival. Even if you are still waiting to purchase macarons, place your order for merchandise with our team members so they will not sell out when you arrive at the counter! Hopefully, this process will ease the wait time if you are lining up only for just merchandise.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
This is a limited collection with the brand, therefore we cannot accept any refunds or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please inspect all items carefully before finalizing your purchase.
