CORGICORN PIPING TEMPLATE & INSTRUCTIONS

Hello,

Thank you for visiting this page. Below you will find a template for our Corgi Unicorn (Corgicorn) & a guide on how to pipe these.

If you do not have a printer that prints 16”x11”, we’ve also included an 8.5”x11” version that you can print & stitch together!

Please note that these instructions are not meant for someone completely new to macaron making. You will need basic understanding of your batter & its behavior before attempting creatures.

SOME TIPS:

  • If you plan on making more than one tray of these, double up on your Pouchies (12” piping bags). You don’t want to risk over working your batter & have your hard work bake incorrectly. Fresh batter i

    onger look shiny.

  • You will have leftover batter. This batter is no good anymore so you will need to discard these.

  • If you find that you overtrimmed your pouchies & the detaisl are coming out too big//imprecise, transfer the batter into a new piping bag. Be careful with this step because you don’t want to overwork your batter.

  • If you don’t succeed the first time, try again!

GOOD LUCK!
